A new ticket option is now available for visitors to Universal’s year-round horror attraction in Las Vegas. The option, called the “Fraidy Cat Ticket,” allows guests to enter the venue, without its haunted houses.
Universal Horror Unleashed operates inside the AREA15 entertainment district in Las Vegas. The attraction opened on August 14, 2025 as Universal’s first permanent horror experience outside its theme parks. The venue features haunted houses, themed entertainment areas, food locations, and bars.
What the Fraidy Cat Ticket Includes
The Fraidy Cat Ticket costs $29. A limited-time promotion currently lowers the price to $19. The offer is part of a broader ticket discount running through May 31, 2026.

The ticket grants entry to the attraction’s public areas. Guests can explore themed spaces, dining locations, and bars. Visitors may also encounter roaming characters and watch live entertainment inside the venue.
However, the ticket does not include access to the haunted houses. Guests who want to experience those attractions must purchase a different admission tier.
Other Ticket Options
Universal Horror Unleashed offers several ticket types that include haunted house access.
A standard general admission ticket allows one entry into each haunted house. Pricing starts at $69, though some promotional dates currently list tickets at $49.

Nevada residents can purchase discounted general admission tickets starting at $59, allowing one entry to each haunted house. Some promotional dates reduce that price to $39. Proof of Nevada residence, including billing address with Nevada zip code, is required.
An unlimited access ticket allows repeated entry into the haunted houses during the visit. That option normally begins at $89, with some discounted dates priced at $79.
Ticket prices may vary depending on the selected date.
Haunted Houses at the Attraction
Universal Horror Unleashed currently features four haunted houses. Each house tells a different horror story based on established or original concepts.

- The Texas Chainsaw Massacre

These attractions draw from films and past Halloween Horror Nights experiences.
A Year-Round Horror Venue
Universal Horror Unleashed differs from seasonal Halloween events. The attraction operates throughout the year instead of during a limited fall season.

The venue occupies roughly 100,000 square feet inside the AREA15 district. Visitors enter a themed warehouse environment designed to connect several immersive zones. Each area contains entertainment, themed décor, and character interactions.
Guests can move freely between these spaces during their visit. Bars, food locations, and retail areas remain open to all ticket holders.
Purpose of the New Ticket Tier
The Fraidy Cat Ticket offers a lower-cost option for visitors who want to see the venue without entering haunted houses.
Some guests attend with friends or family who plan to experience the mazes. Others may prefer the themed environment, dining, or live performances. The ticket allows those visitors to remain inside the attraction while skipping the more intense elements.
