Walt Disney Imagineering has filed a permit for “General Construction” at 4975C Caribbean Way—better known to theme park fans as the site of the former Aunt Polly’s restaurant on Tom Sawyer Island at Magic Kingdom. The permit was filed on July 24, 2025, and lists Phillips & Jordan, Inc. as the designated contractor, a firm with experience in infrastructure demolition and land clearing.
