Walt Disney World has released the full menu for Six Ravens at Disney Springs, giving guests their first detailed look at the restaurant’s food and beverage offerings. The new quick-service location will specialize in savory handheld pies called “Coffyns,” along with a limited selection of sides, desserts, and beverages. The complete menu is now available on the official Walt Disney World website.
Six Ravens is located in The Landing at Disney Springs. The restaurant comes from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, which also operates a nearby location. Disney describes Six Ravens as a quick-service restaurant with a menu inspired by historic hand pies.
Coffyns Headline the Menu
The restaurant’s signature item is the Coffyn. According to Disney, the name comes from an old English term for a pastry crust that enclosed a filling. Six Ravens uses a soft yeast dough instead of a traditional pie crust. Each Coffyn includes a suggested dipping sauce, and each option costs $10.99.
The Peasant’s Patty offers a cheeseburger-inspired filling. It combines seasoned beef, American cheese, and dill pickle pieces inside a sesame seed-topped Coffyn. The meal comes with Pink Salamander dipping sauce.

Guests looking for a chicken option can order The Villain of Valentina. This Coffyn contains basil pesto chicken, balsamic tomatoes, and garlic. Herb-seasoned panko coats the outside, and Bruno’s Garlic Knot Juice serves as the accompanying dipping sauce.
The Wizard’s Wonder combines several comfort food flavors in one item. It includes macaroni and cheese, pulled pork, pickled poblano peppers, and barbecue-seasoned panko. Prince Donut’s Smoke & Cherry BBQ Sauce comes on the side for dipping.
The Imperial Idol features mildly spicy chicken with potato, carrot, and coconut curry. Fried garlic coats the outside of the Coffyn. Disney pairs the item with Red Panda’s Dipping Sauce.
Another savory choice is The Moreish Monk. This option focuses on grilled cheese flavors. It contains Vermont white cheddar, Havarti cheese, and house-made tomato jam. Parmesan coats the outside, while Wolf Peach Dipping Sauce accompanies the dish.
Guests who prefer a meat-free meal can choose The Foragers Find. Disney lists this Coffyn as a plant-based selection. The filling includes roasted sweet potatoes, black bean corn salsa, crushed pepitas, and queso Cotija. Pumpkin seeds cover the top of the bread before baking.
Breakfast, Sides, and Desserts
Six Ravens also offers a breakfast menu each morning. The Rooster’s Roar is available from 9 a.m. until sold out. The standard version contains bacon, egg, and cheese inside an everything bagel-seasoned Coffyn. A vegetarian version replaces the bacon with potato while keeping the egg and cheese. Both breakfast options cost $10.99.
The side menu remains simple. Tale Teller Tatties are the restaurant’s only listed side. The dish features baked smashed potatoes served with honey mustard dipping sauce. The listed price is $8.66.

Dessert also includes a connection to Gideon’s Bakehouse. The Tart’s Tempest costs $7.66. Disney describes it as a chocolate chip tart filled with chocolate fudge and finished with raspberry jam. The dessert expands the restaurant’s offerings while remaining the only sweet item on the menu.
Drinks
The beverage menu includes both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. The Friars Fault is the restaurant’s signature root beer. Disney says the drink has a sassafras-forward flavor with vanilla bean notes. It costs $6.96.
Standard fountain beverages are available for $3.66.

The list of alcoholic beverages includes drinks from three different breweries across Florida, with each option costing $9.66.
- Polite Light – Lager from The Ravenous Pig Brewing Co.
- Lone Palm Golden Ale – Golden ale from The Ravenous Pig Brewing Co.
- Florida Sunshine Mango – Fruit beer from Crooked Can Brewing Company
- Moon Boots IPA – India Pale Ale from Sideward Brewing
- Sideward Cider – Hard cider from Sideward Brewing
A Focused Dining Concept
The overall menu focuses on a small number of specialty items instead of offering a broad selection. Seven lunch and dinner Coffyn varieties form the core of the menu. The breakfast offering adds two morning options, including one vegetarian choice. Guests can also choose one side dish, one dessert, soft drinks, a house-made root beer, and a selection of Florida craft alcoholic beverages.
The released menu has heightened fans anticipation for Six Ravens ahead of its Disney Springs opening. Revealing the menu brings fans one step closer to getting to try their own coffyn.
